While working for musicians, agencies and other organisations, he has experienced many facets of a musician's life,
many of which he knows can be better organized.

Determined to improve and professionalize the environment in which professional musicians work,
he is trying to create awareness of the do's and don'ts for his clients.

While keeping up to date with the latest developments and technologies in the music and entertainment industry,
Jay is using his commercial background as an insight for finding new ways of income for musicians individually.
